The upgrade program is delivered remotely, allowing flexibility by all parties in completing the key tasks. Karta’s Archer Upgrade program includes the following phases:

The kickoff phase lets us hear from you and your project team, enabling Karta to understand your use of the Archer platform and the key individuals engaged in the process. During this phase we will discuss the history of your deployment, any internal dependencies, and the timing requirements, making sure that there is an agreement on what project success looks like.

Karta will analyze your current Archer architecture and configurations to identify the best approach for the upgrade. Karta will outline project tasks and work with your support staff to determine timelines and approach. In addition, we will outline requirements and success criteria to ensure a clear path to upgrade.

Karta will work within a defined maintenance window alongside your support staff to conduct the upgrade. As each environment is upgraded, Karta will review and perform validation testing to ensure final state integrity. These tests include platform functionality testing and key actions, such as notification delivery, scheduled calculations, and data feeds.

Karta will schedule a knowledge transfer session with the stakeholders to recap the process and provide recommendations for future efficiencies. A final state document will be included outlining the key technical upgrades and validation testing of each upgrade.
